The classes, conducted in different groups or individually, in a studio or outside lets be creative. I offer here a holistic blend of Pranayama, Flow, Yin, Hatha, Intention setting, Mantra and relaxation. Each element is thoughtfully chosen to provide you with a multifaceted experience. Explore and connect with your inner self and your body way during the class. Asanas bring not only physical stability but also comfort, focus, and a profound connection with oneself. They are a journey inward, fostering discipline and self-respect.
During the class in the embrace of your breath, we move through asanas gracefully, emphasising not force or strength, but a gradual integration into each posture.
Throughout our sessions, the rhythm of breath guides the practice: inhale to observe, exhale to relax, and ultimately, surrender. This liberating yoga experience serves to realign, cleanse, unify, and ground, creating a sacred space for self-discovery. Asanas provide not only physical stability but also comfort, focus, and a profound self-connection.
To end our journey together I offer you a relaxation time with Yoga Nidra or meditation, allowing you to connect deeply within and with the world around you.
My aim during this session is to empower you to carry the essence of yoga beyond our sessions—into the sanctuary of your home. I also wish to foster here a sense of community, and encouraging the creation of a sacred space for self-connection.
